Secara umum pendidikan menentukan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam suatu negara. Sekolah dasar, sebagai bagian dari pendidikan dasar, memberi siswa keterampilan membaca, menulis, berhitung, dan ilmu dasar antara lain.
